These pictures have a real painterly quality. Time to get the watercolours out!
It's not just poppies - these lovely flowers are the most intense blue (I think they are harebells, but post if you think differently.)
The blossom has gone now but while we're on a flowery theme I couldn't resist posting these almond trees. - I feel a haiku coming on....
